Processing Time & Shipping Time
We process orders on business days (Monday – Friday, EST), excluding major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).
We dont ship to: Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Ukraine, Cuba
Standard Shipping:
- US: 12-18 Business days.
- Rest of the world: 14–21 Business days.
Express Shipping:
- US: 7-14 Business days.
- Rest of the world: 7-14 Business days.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary by destination. You can calculate exact charges at checkout by entering your mailing address.
Flat shipping rates:
- $10 for US
- $12 for the rest of the world.
Express Shipping:
- $25 for all order.
- Free Shipping on all orders over $99.99.
Late Deliveries
While we strive for on-time delivery, en.bmai.com.vn is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses (missing unit/floor numbers).
- Severe weather conditions.
- International customs procedures.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package and for tracking information to appear in their system.
