Return and Refund Policy
Due to high order volumes and shipping partner overload, we no longer accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color. This step ensures we continue providing the best possible service.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. We only accept changes for orders within 1-3 days of the original purchase date.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving your package. For defective products, email us at support@bmai.com.vn for assistance.
We will refund or reship at no cost if:
- The product itself is flawed.
- Design error: The design differs from the information on our site.
- The product received (type, size, color) does not match the order.
What should you do?
Report any refund requests within 14 days of receipt. Please provide the following to support@bmai.com.vn:
- Your order/invoice ID.
- For wrong or damaged items: A clear picture of the item received.
Requests are processed within 1-3 business days. Approved refunds typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds or reships if:
- Factors within your control (wrong address, missed delivery, not picking up packages).
- Exceptional circumstances outside our control (customs delays, natural disasters, lost after being marked “delivered”).
RETURNS
If the item is as described but you still wish to return it:
Please Email Us or use our Contact Page for the return address. Items must be in mint condition. Provide us with the receipt and tracking number to initiate the refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking and processing fee (35% of total order value) applies. We will issue a partial refund after deducting these fees.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. A processing fee (25% of total order value) applies. After 24 hours, the item enters production and cannot be cancelled.
REFUND TIMEFRAME
- PayPal: 2-3 business days.
- Credit Card: 10-14 business days (dependent on your bank).
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for size unless we sent the wrong item. Please contact us for guidance before sending any items back; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (posting may be delayed).
- Contact your bank for processing times.
