Warranty Policy

• Shoes are warranted: 1 for 1 exchange against product defects for 1 month.
• Clothing – accessories and discounted goods are not covered by warranty.

Return policy

• Goods can be returned within 7 days, excluding shipping time.
  Only exchange goods if the goods are unused and still have the original tags intact.
• Only return goods in case the goods do not match the description, the shop will refund 100% and bear shipping costs.
• Goods that are defective due to the manufacturer can be exchanged or returned + refunded.
• Customers do not have to accept goods that are damaged due to transportation, they just need to report them back to have a new product delivered.
• Customers have the right not to receive the product if they change their mind, but will have to pay shipping costs.
• Shipping costs in case of return are divided between the shop and the customer.
